Video

We create in-depth video profiles. Choose from three video packages that all include concept development, production and post-production.

PACKAGE #1

Stage 1: DEVELOPMENT
Development process with client, including but not limited to the following steps:

  1. Meeting and discussion of client’s brand and style of video to be produced.
  2. Execution of Contract and/or written agreement (standard).
  3. Tour of client?s work space, studio, office, home or facility where shooting will take place.
  4. Questionnaire to be completed by client in order to provide producers with background
    information, history, aesthetic and brand style.
  5. Script writing.

Stage 2: PRODUCTION

  1. Production of up to 3 minute video or less.
  2. Shoot takes place at client’s workplace, home or private studio/business/on location at no cost to producer.
  3. One day (10 hours) shoot with director/cinematographer (Minos Papas) and crew including gaffer, camera assistant, production assistant, sound mixer and make-up artist.
  4. Equipment included: Lighting rental, camera & audio equipment rentals.
  5. Fully insured video production.

Stage 3: POST PRODUCTION

  1. Completion 1 week after shoot date.
  2. Video Editing.
  3. Titling
  4. Color correction
  5. Sound Mixing
  6. Stock Music used in final video.
  7. Master Quicktime (Apple Prores file) delivered, as well as H264 Compression for web (no flash available).
  8. Client must provide company/branded logos, fonts or other graphics.
  9. Client can request up to ONE revision of the video.

 

PACKAGE #2

Stage 1: DEVELOPMENT
Development process with client, including but not limited to the following steps:

  1. Package #1, plus:
  2. Producers pitch of video style and content (as pdf document and/or still photographs to illustrate) presented to client for approval and decisions on THEMES.

Stage 2: PRODUCTION

  1. Package #1, plus:
  2. 1 additional day (10 hours) shoot with director/cinematographer (Minos Papas) and crew including gaffer, camera assistant, production assistant, sound mixer and make-up artist.

Stage 3: POST PRODUCTION

  1. Package #1, plus:
  2. Original Music composed specifically for the video.
  3. Client can request up to TWO revisions of the video.

 

PACKAGE #3

Stage 1: DEVELOPMENT
Development process with client, including but not limited to the following steps:

  1. Package #2, plus:
  2. Producers pitch of video style and content (as pdf document and/or still photographs to illustrate) presented to client for approval and decisions on THEMES.

Stage 2: PRODUCTION

  1. Package #2, plus:
  2. Additional Shoot day following client on normal day at home and/or work, B-roll, (a day in the life of the client) with discrete one person camera crew.
  3. Behind the Scenes Video.

Stage 3: POST PRODUCTION

  1. Package #2, plus:
  2. Client may include material (photographs and other materials) to be included in the video.
  3. Special visual effects to be included, ie: 3-D and/or CGI.
  4. Client can request up to THREE revisions of the video.
