On June 2 2009, the Magritte Museum opened its doors to the public on the Place Royale in Brussels. The first museum devoted to one of the best known artists of the 20th century, presents for the first time the largest collection of Magritte works in the world. “Everything we see hides another thing, we always want to see what is hidden by what we see.”
