I have always been passionate about the sea, to swim in the sea is truly one of the greatest privileges in life but somehow, the idea of a pool by the sea reflects the luxury summit. In many stunning hotels by the sea I really wander why , pools reign supreme over the salted waters. Should one need fresh water rather than salted one? or just the privilege of choosing in which water and background one ones to dive.
Infinity pools have been created during the last 20 years. It’s a technique that does not show the lucky user where is the pool ends. I have annexed stunning photos of the natural The Devil’s Pool, a rocky outcropping at the top of Victoria Falls that creates a natural swimming hole for thrill-seeking tourists. Victoria Falls is the world’s largest water fall — topping out at just over 360 feet.
The beauty of infinity pools is the view, especially if those pools are suspended on high grounds. The Greek island of Santorini has great examples, so does Saint Lucia and my favourites of all in Ubud Bali at the Four Seasons at Sayan, and the Hanging Gardens, where you are in the middle of a wild jungle by the Ayung river. Of course, infinite pools on the mountains , are essential, especially in the Winter when it snow, like the the Amangani’s swimming pool with a breathtaking panoramic view of Jackson Hole’s snowed peaks, the Swiss Alps Cambrian Hotel, or the impressive suspended three level cascade pools on the spa of the four stars Hotel Hacienda na Xamena in Ibiza, Ibiza. The Hotel Caruso in Racello, Italy, was considered for many years as the top infinity pool in the world , I am not sure why, maybe it;s round shape and the Italian sophisticated surrounding of that region.Many classical concerts take place on that spot.
Singapure and Hong Kong Intercontinental most disputed views especially during night time, their urban views from their pools are very interesting and powerful spots and excellent hangouts for cocktail dreinks and business Prs.
